Kevin McClure
Pastor

Jesus introduced Himself to Kevin in a dorm room in Winona, Minnesota in 1972. Since then, Jesus and Kevin have been on a journey together that has led them in and through times of healing, joy, celebration, and suffering. During this time, Kevin became a spouse, a father, a grandfather, a pastor, and a writer. Jesus has been showing Kevin the heart of His Father and with help from the Holy Spirit, Kevin will do his best to help you experience the Father’s heart, too. Kevin had been married to Laura until her recent death. They have four children and there are 10 grandchildren.

Nicholas Preston
Pastor

Nicholas is passionate about the presence of Jesus and leading people into an intimate encounter with Him. His heart has always been to help build the local church. He loves to build teams of people who are encouraged to discover and grow in the gifting and calling God has given them. He married his wife Amanda in September of 2009 and they have 5 children: Brooklynn, Calvin, Judah, Anastasia and Gemma.
He enjoys music, sports, fishing, snowmobiling, farming, racing, hunting, hanging out with family and a good Netflix series or movie.
He has a certificate of ministry from Global University along with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from MSUM.
He loves to help people who are hurting and to share the love of Jesus in a tangible way.
One of his favorite bible verses is Psalms 119:33-34 (MSG), "God, teach me lessons for living so I can stay the course. Give me insight so I can do what you tell me my whole life one long, obedient response.

Shelly Rostad
Administrative/Financial Assistant

Shelly serves as the Administrative and Financial Assistant here at Life Church. She has been married to Ken since 1987 and have blended their family of four amazing children. Eleven grandkids have joined their family that they love to spend time with. She has always had a desire to serve the church and to come alongside the pastoral staff and ministries to help them do all that God has placed in them. Her desire is to see the church make a difference in our community and for people to come to know Jesus and His love for them. Her favorite things are time with family, most everything outside, gardening and seeing what God is doing in people's lives.

Lindsey Hauck
Nursery Coordinator

Lindsey, an Enneagram 7 and ENFP, strongly enjoys fellowshipping with people from all walks of life. Lindsey enjoys blessing people via the culinary arts and opening up her home as a place of comfort to those who visit. She is fluent in text conversations utilizing only GIFS but is also quite skilled at awkwardly turning small talk into medium talk. Her Love Language is "Gifts of Coffee and Pastries."
Lindsey married her high school sweetheart, Kyle, in 2007. Kyle would describe Lindsey as "the only wife who would ever allow her husband to hunt this much." Together they are raising their three children, Caedmon, Quinn, and Graham to be lovers of Jesus, hard work, and all things outdoors. They also are parents to two Labrador Retrievers, Tank and Willow, and will readily admit that sometimes they are the favorite children.
While Lindsey was pursuing her degree in Political Science Education with an emphasis in History, Kyle decided they should instead pursue running an outfitting business guiding waterfowl hunts in Saskatchewan every fall. This proves to be a great use of Lindsey's culinary and medium talk skills. But alas, being the Nursery Coordinator for Life Church juxtaposes Lindsey's love for small children, tangibly serving God's Kingdom and exercising her God-given giftings for His glory. Lindsey's life-grounding verses are Proverbs 17:1 and Hebrews 13:2.

Dave Fournier

Dave’s walk with the Lord Jesus began at age 17 (1978) when he received the fullness of the Holy Spirit. He worked at holding regular bible studies, whenever possible, during his 4 years in the Marine Corps. During that time, he fell in love with helping other understand the Word of God better, learning about the wisdom and revelation of the knowledge of the Word of God. He joined Life Church in March of 1984, while it was called Community Bible Church (CBC) and quickly fell in love with the people. David met Jane Hoff at a youth meeting at CBC in June of 1984 and they were married at CBC in July of 1985. They left for World Harvest Bible College in August 1987 for deeper biblical training and returned to CBC in July of 1993. Since that time Dave has continued serving the people of Life Church in several different ways: Adult Bible Classes, children’s Sunday School, mowing, vacuuming, counselling and worship team.

John Blume

I was born and raised on a farm near Herman, Mn. My wife Annette and I have been married for 42 years and we have 4 married children and 6 grandchildren. I was born again and baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1974. Since 1980 I’ve been in the banking industry, holding several different positions, with my current employer being FM Bank here in Fergus Falls. We have attended Life Church for 31 of the last 38 years. I agree and will support the statement of faith that is in our bylaws.

Matt McGuire
My wife, Tasha, and I were married in 1986. Together we have served the Lord while raising eight children along the way. I am retired from a career in law-enforcement and currently work part-time as a driver for Ottertail/MinnDakota Coaches. I enjoy spending time with my family and fellowshipping with church family. I enjoy everything outdoors, but mostly pheasant hunting in the fall. I feel humbled to be a part of the elder team here at Life Church. My continuing prayer is to see God’s Spirit move freely at Life Church, bringing about fruit that glorifies Jesus Christ and advances the Kingdom of God.

Norm Thomsen

Norm Thomsen has been a follower of Jesus since he was 14. He has been married to Lois for 55 years, and they have 4 children and 9 grandchildren.
